OUR PROJECTS
Rooftop waterproofing upgrade full membrane removal, crack repairs and a trafficable UV-resistant polyurethane system installed by NCR.
NCR completed slab edge concrete spalling repairs at Malian Pacific, Palm Beach QLD, using Fosroc repair systems, steel treatment and UV-stable recoating.
Commercial waterproofing Gold Coast, NCR completed a 1500m² rooftop podium upgrade at The Oasis Broadbeach, replacing joints and installing ARDEX torch on membrane
The building manager and body corporate committee of a Southport building engaged NCR to remove decorative rock & decking & demolish planter boxes across two rooftops. After stripping the rooftops back to the concrete slab, the NCR team installed a UV-resistant waterproofing system.
